We also retain limited technical information, such as the IP address associated with your consent, to protect the service and demonstrate that consent was provided.

How we use it

We use this information to verify your email, provide access to certifications, save your progress, issue and verify certificates, send service communications, and send relevant training updates you have agreed to receive.

Service providers

We use contracted service providers for hosting, email delivery, and contact management. This may include Brevo as an email and contact-management provider. They process information only to provide these services on our behalf and under their own applicable privacy commitments.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw consent to training updates at any time using the unsubscribe option in those emails. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Necessary service messages, such as email verification and security notices, may still be sent while you use the service.
